July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has increased targeted social assistance given at the expense of state financing this year.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population that in the 1st half of 2022 the average monthly amount of TSA per family grew by 35% (versus 1st half of 2021) and reached 347 manats.

The limit of the need criterion for the appointment of TSA has also been increased from 170 up to 200 manats.

Currently, 173,000 people from 40,000 families are covered by the TSA program.
