National Observatory ended 2025 with net costs of 3.934 million manats

The National Observatory on Labor Market & Social Protection (under the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population) completed 2025 with net costs of 3.934 million manats (4.6% more than in 2024), according to the financial statements audited by Abacus Audit & Consulting LLC.

Last year, revenues from services rendered by the National Observatory amounted to 2,000 manats (6.6-fold less than the previous year), while other revenues - 11,000 manats (153.8-fold more).

Organization's payroll expenses totaled 2.9 million manats (a rise of 0.8%), depreciation and amortization expenses - 113,000 manats (a rise of 7.6%), lease liability expenses - 584,000 manats (a slight drop), administrative expenses - 338,000 manats (a rise of 71.6%), and income tax payments - only 400 manats (a drop of 4.7-fold).

As of January 1, 2023, National Observatory's assets amounted to 3.167 million manats (21.7% more than a year earlier). Organization's liabilities decreased by 10.5% to 17,000 manats, while its equity increased by 21.9% up to 3.149 million manats.

The National Observatory on the Labor Market & Social Protection was established by a decree of President Ilham Aliyev, dated July 4, 2019. Its Charter was approved by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, dated March 17, 2020.
