August 28, Fineko/abc.az. The implementation of the rent-to-own housing mechanism by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund continues successfully.

According to the Fund, as of August 28, 2026, housing conditions for 10,015 families have improved through this mechanism, with 945 contracts signed in the current year alone. Over 60% of the beneficiaries are young people and young families.

To date, the Fund has provided fully renovated and fully equipped apartments across 17 locations in Baku, Sumgayit, and the Absheron region. The number of lease agreements is expected to increase further by the end of the year.
