Sale of alcoholic beverages from Georgia banned in Baku

March 12, Fineko/abc.az. Inspectors of the Food Safety Agency inspected alcoholic beverages with trademark Chacha Gold, imported in our country from Georgia by Gemini LLC.

ABC.AZ was informed at AGTA that as a result of inspections, it was found out that the volume fraction of methyl alcohol in the batch of products does not comply with technical regulations, and the products are unsuitable for consumption.

The Agency prevented the entry into the retail network of a batch of alcoholic beverages with total weight of 135 kg (126 units), unsuitable for consumption, and took measures in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
