February 16, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the Turkish lira has increased by 0.25% against the US dollar, and the exchange rate fell to 6.94.

ABC.AZ reports that according to experts, the cause for this is in negotiations held between the U.S. and Turkey for the first time at the level of foreign ministers under the Biden government.

Analysts believe that with this course of affairs, there is a possibility of an even greater rise in the price of the lira.
