September 25, Fineko/abc.az. European natural gas prices declined by 10.5% week-on-week, with TTF October contracts falling to €71,16 per megawatt-hour.

The drop comes amid US-Iran talks in New York easing supply disruption fears in the Strait of Hormuz, alongside subdued pre-winter demand.

Gas Infrastructure Europe reported European Union storage levels at 70.35% capacity, compared to 82.03% during the same period last year. Despite lower storage reserves, the European Commission confirmed that EU gas supplies remain stable with no immediate security risks.
