September 25, Fineko/abc.az. Charter flights from Azerbaijan to Africa are to be organized.

Founder and Chairman of the Africa–Azerbaijan Cooperation Organization, Rena Gafarova, said this at the panel session "Uniting Africa and Azerbaijan: Investment, Trade and Growth", held within the II Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.

She said that in the future it is planned to organize charter flights from Azerbaijan to Africa.

"We are holding meetings with Ethiopian Airlines, and in the future we plan to organize charter flights from Azerbaijan to Africa. These flights can be operated by AZAL or Ethiopian Airlines. As you know, Ethiopian Airlines is the largest airline in Africa," Gafarova emphasized.
