January 26, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 January 2021 the volume of overdue loans in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 893.1 million.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan reports that this figure is by 3.2% less than as of 1 December 2020. Non-performing loans have declined by 29.8% over the past year.

The share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio at the end of 2020 was 6.1%. At the end of 2019, this figure made up 8.3%.
