November 30, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA) has reported about inefficiency of execution of court decisions relating to problem loans.
ABA executive director Yunis Abdulov stated that about 400,000 court decisions on such loans have not been executed yet.

"The process of improving the process of execution of court decisions will have positive impact on the refinancing of the economy and ABA is actively cooperating with the Ministry of Justice on this question," Abdulov said.
