Nissan records large loss for second year in a row

May 13, Fineko/abc.az. Nissan Motor's net loss in fiscal year 2025 was 533.1 billion yens ($3.4 billion) due to restructuring costs.

ABC.AZ reports that as a result, operating profit decreased by 16.9% to 58 billion yens and sales by 4.9% to 12 trillion yens. The company remains unprofitable for the second year in a row.

At the same time, Nissan expects to return to profit in the current fiscal year, forecasting net profit of 20 billion yens.
