Azerbaijan Central Bank lowers inflation forecast for end of 2018

October 30, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) decreased the inflation forecast for the end of the year.

CBA chairman of board Elman Rustamov has stated that for the past 9 months of 2018 country’s inflation rate made up 2.6%.

"Amid the mitigating internal and external risks, the inflation forecast for the end of the year has been reduced from 6-8% to 3-4%," Rustamov said.
