November 12, Fineko/abc.az. The average annual growth rate of non-oil/gas revenues in Azerbaijan exceeded the average annual growth rate of oil & gas revenues by 7.8 percentage points.
ABC.AZ reports that Deputy Finance Minister Himalay Mamishov said this at a joint meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Youth & Sports, the Committee of Public Associations & Religious Organizations, and the Committee on Culture.
According to Mamishov, due to growth of non-oil/gas revenues, the indicator of covering current expenditures of the State Budget has increased by 3.5 p.p. over the past period.
"When preparing the state and consolidated budget for next year, macroeconomic forecast indicators were taken into account - the average annual export price of 1 barrel of crude oil is $ 65, the average annual inflation is 4.8%, the exchange rate of the manat is 1.7 manats, real GDP growth is 0.9%, including non-oil and gas GDP by 5%," the deputy minister noted.
