July 10, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's strategic foreign exchange reserves amounted to $85.768 billion as of July 1, 2026 (10.4% more than a year earlier).

According to the State Statistics Committee, as of June 1, 2026, country's strategic foreign exchange reserves totaled $88.438 billion. In June, reserves decreased by $2.669 billion (approx. 3%).

Central Bank’s official information shows that CBA's own foreign exchange reserves grew from $12.712 billion at the end of May up to $13.157 billion at the end of June.

According to estimates, the assets of the Azerbaijan State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) decreased from approximately $75,726.2 million to $72,611.3 million in June. Thus, SOFAZ assets decreased by nearly $3.114 billion, or by 4.1% for the month.
