October 27, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2025, Azerbaijan imported 106.52 tons of mutton for $373,400 (35% less in value terms and 24% less in quantity against Jan-Aug 2024), ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Azerbaijan exported 87.43 tons (-38%) from Mongolia for $349,720 (38% less than a year earlier), from Russia -18.92 tons of products for $18,650 (+1.892-fold in volume, +1.865-fold in value), from New Zealand - 0.14 tons for $4,490 (+5.4% in value, -26% in volume), from Australia - 0.03 tons for $530 (-62% in value, -40% in volume).

In 2024,Azerbaijan imported 99.3% out of the 453 tons of mutton from Mongolia.
