September 1, Fineko/abc.az – As of August 1, 2025, 75.284 million payment transactions totaling 3.589 billion manats were processed through the Interbank Card Center (ICC) in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the Central Bank, that this represents an increase of 19.5 million transactions, or 34.9%, and 874 million manats, or 32.2%, compared to the same period in 2024.

The Interbank Card Center (ICC) is a technological and financial infrastructure that ensures the secure and rapid processing of bank card payments, enabling proper transmission and settlement of payments between banks.

The ICC acts as a “bridge,” ensuring correct processing of payments made with cards issued by different banks.
