August 21, Fineko/abc.az. The charter capital of Azərşəkər LLC has once again been increased. The company’s charter capital has been raised by 9,741,000 manats. According to ABC.AZ, thus, the company’s capital has increased from 159,780,324.50 manats to 169,521,324.50 manats.

It should be noted that Azərşəkər was established in 2017.

The company is engaged in the production of sugar beet, as well as wheat, barley, corn, and cotton. The company owns farmland in Aghjabadi, Baku, Fizuli, Yevlakh, Shamkir, and Imishli. The legal representative of the company is Nasib Malik oglu Islamzade.
