July 18, Fineko/abc.az. The former Russian division of Goldman Sachs, Goldman Sachs Bank, officially became Origin Bank.

ABC.AZ informs that this follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The credit institution belongs to David Amaryan's Baltschug Capital - the fund bought the bank in the spring after Vladimir Putin approved the deal.

Goldman Sachs Bank has been operating in Russia since 2009, engaged in corporate services and left the market after 2022. The new owner manages assets of more than $250 million and invests in public and venture capital projects.
