July 17, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) and the Abu Dhabi Global Financial Services Regulatory Authority have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the CBA, the Memorandum envisages expansion of cooperation between organizations in the field of financial technologies and services, capital markets, as well as other related spheres.

The parties agreed to exchange experience and information, conduct trainings, seminars, research visits and professional development events. This will create opportunities for studying international practices and implementing advanced regulatory approaches.

The Memorandum will form the basis for strengthening the strategic partnership, providing a legal framework for cooperation. Constant dialogue and implementation of joint initiatives will contribute to improvement of the regulatory environment and the sustainable development of the financial sector in both countries.
