February 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azairtechservice LLC has announced reorganization as a result of the separation of new company Defense Systems Service LLC from it.

ABC.AZ reports that due to reorganization of Azairtechservice LLC in the form of a spin-off, company's authorized capital was reduced from 402,000 manats to 362,000 manats.

Azairtechservice LLC is registered as a resident of the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park.
