July 24, Fineko/abc.az. In the summer season of this year, there is a serious increase in prices for renting country houses in suburban villages, ABC.AZ reports, quoting property expert Ramil Gasimzade.

He said currently the monthly rent for country houses ranges from 700 to 14,000 manats.

According to Gasimzade, the average price varies from 3,000 to 3,500 manats. The expert says that these prices apply to houses with swimming pools, close to the sea and with other infrastructure:

"The rent for ordinary country houses ranges from 700 to 1,000 manats, which is 15-20% more than last year. It is linked with the fact that citizens cannot travel abroad as the country's land borders are closed and air travel is expensive. Therefore, they prefer to rest either in the regions or in different places of the capital. Country houses that were offered for 700 manats last year are being offered for 1,000 manats this year, and those houses that cost 1,000 manats last year are for 1,200—1,300 manats this year."
