June 1, Fineko/abc.az. Tair Namazov, who manages 6.75% of the ordinary shares of non-bank credit organization Finex Credit, sold his equity stake. ABC.AZ reports with reference to organization’s financial statements that Rovshan Mammadov bought his stake.
The remaining ordinary shares of the NBCO are still owned by Shalala Tagiyeva (18.95%), Ramina Allahverdieva (18.25%), Azad Jabrailov (15.63%), Mobil Sharifov (14.83%), Tokai Shikhalizade (14.08%), Tofiq Jafarov (4.63%), Azer Hajiyev (3.25%), Gulnara Tagiyeva (2.03%) and Sevil Hidayatova (1.63%).
