IMF plans to allocate over $1 bn to Ukraine

March 9, Fineko/abc.az. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) plans to allocate $1.4 billion to support Ukraine, ABC.AZ reports, quoting IMF executive director Kristalina Georgieva.

"We’ve sent to the Executive Council a proposal to allocate about $1.4 billion to support Ukraine," Georgieva emphasized.

She also noted that the IMF has changed the topic of current discussions with the Ukrainian government from "reform" to "crisis management".
