March 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani Minister of Transport, Communications & High Technologies Rashad Nabiyev has appointed a new adviser.

ABC.AZ reports that Adviser Rashad Bayramov will perform the functions of effective communication with the media and public relations.

It should be noted that Bayramov began his career in 2001 as an assistant for media relations & political affairs in the Organization for Security & Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
