February 17, Fineko/abc.az. An online conference of the State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision "Results of 2020" has been held today.
ABC.AZ reports that Mammad Abbasbeyli, deputy head of the State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision, noted that last year e-purchases amounted to AZN 930 million.
He said this is equivalent to 14% of total purchases.
"Out of 3.5 bn competitive purchases, AZN 1.236 bn accounted for requests for proposals, AZN 1.2 bn for open tenders, AZN 930 million for e-purchases, AZN 111.5 million for quotation requests. The share of micro, small and medium-sized businesses in procurement amounted to more than 90%," he emphasized.
