January 21, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and President Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov of Turkmenistan held a video format meeting on Thursday.

According to the Azerbaijani President's website, the two presidents discussed the signing of an intergovernmental memorandum of understanding on joint exploration & development of hydrocarbon resources on Dostlug field in the Caspian Sea.
