January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Until 30 September 2020 the total investment in real estate complexes of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) amounted to $2.57 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the conclusion of the Accounting Chamber on the draft budget of SOFAZ for 2021.

The conclusion says that SOFAZ invested in the London-based office complex worth 117 million pounds (West End, St. James 78), the Moscow-based office & shopping center Gallery Actor worth 3.334 bn Russian rubles (located at business center ‘Tverskaya 16’), the paris-based real estate complex worth 188.9 million euro (located at 8 Vendome Square), and the Tokyo-based office complex worth 57.232 billion Japanese yens.
