ABC. AZ reports that MP Tayir Kerimli said this at the plenary session of the parliament during today’s discussion of the budget envelope for next year.
He noted that it would be better to give out in the future to MPs not in electronic, but in book form: "Utilities for light, gas, water instead of the families of martyrs and war participants should be paid by representatives of the executive power, municipalities. We must find a certain way."
