December 10, Fineko/abc.az. Maj-Gen Polad Hashimov, Col. Ilgar Mirzoev and Senior Reserve Sergeant Ibad Huseynov, who were awarded the title of the National Hero of Azerbaijan, have been awarded a monthly presidential allowance by a relevant decree signed yesterday by President Ilham Aliyev.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection that as well as other types of social security, the appointment of a monthly presidential allowance for persons who have been awarded the title of the National Hero of Azerbaijan is automatically assigned as an active service at the time of the right to this scholarship in electronic procedure.

A citizen or members of his family should not apply and submit any documents for receiving the allowance. A monthly allowance of 1,500 manats is awarded and paid to national heroes themselves, as well as to family members of national heroes who fell as martyrs.
