November 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has held a currency auction with the participation of the State Oil Fund.

The CBA reports that it was sold $63.4 million to banks at the currency auction on 12 November.

"Demand from banks at the currency auction amounted to $63.4 million and was fully met," the CBA said.

As a result of the auction, the weighted average exchange rate of the manat to the US dollar was $1.70.
