September 14, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2020 Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover decreased by 27.6% (versus the 2019 same term) to $16.57 bn.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to State Customs Committee’s monthly report that for Jan-Aug 2020 Azerbaijan export goods to foreign countries for $110,000 and imported for $690.5 million.

As a result, a positive trade balance of $3.189 bn was formed.

Compared with the previous year, for Jan-Aug 2020 country’s export and import decreased by 27% and 28.7%, respectively.

The positive balance lowered by 22.9% in annual terms.
