October 24, Fineko/abc.az. After yesterday's jump the prices for oil of standard grades are declining in trading today.

On Wednesday WTI and Brent reached the highest levels for the past month.

Following the trading on 23 October at the London ICE Futures Exchange, the price of December’s futures for Brent soared by $1.47 (2.46%) up to $61.17 a barrel at the close.

December’s Brent futures fell by $0.31 (by 0.51%) to $60.86 a barrel by 9:30 am.

Following the trading on 23 October at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), December’s WTI futures jumped in price by $1.49 (2.73%) up to $55.97 a barrel.

WTI crude futures for December fell by $0.44 (0.79%) to $55.53 a barrel by 9:30 am.
