May 13, Fineko/abc.az. In the first quarter of 2019, operating costs for the South Caucasus pipeline (SCP) and the expanded pipeline (SCPX) amounted to about $9 million and capital costs $17 million.

During the first quarter of 2019 the total capacity of SCP and SCP amounted to more than 30 million cu m.

SCP and SCP have two operators: BP is the technical operator responsible for the construction and operation of SCP facilities, and SOCAR is the commercial pipeline operator responsible for the operation of pipelines.
