December 25, Fineko/abc.az. The number of field tax audits in Azerbaijan has decreased threefold.

Deputy Tax Minister Sahib Alekperov has stated that 1,400 on-site tax audits were conducted during the year that is equal to one audit per every 300 taxpayers.

There is a moratorium on business inspections in Azerbaijan Until January 2021, but they do not cover tax inspections of companies with annual turnover exceeding AZN 120,000.
