December 24, Fineko/abc.az. The joint meeting of the OPEC Monitoring Committee and non-OPEC states will take place in Baku in late February or early March.

Reuters informs that this statement was made by OPEC president and UAE Energy Minister Suhail al-Mazrui at the conference of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries.

The UAE minister underlined that at the meeting the petroleum producers will conduct negotiations about the return of the oil market to the balance achieved in the summer of 2018.
