August 18, Fineko/abc.az. An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of "International Bank of Azerbaijan" (ABB) CJSC will be held on September 30.

According to the "Vergiler" newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, voting will take place in absentia in accordance with Article 8.10 of the Bank's Charter. Shareholders can vote via their personal accounts on the Investor Portal of the National Depository Center (invp.e-mdm.gov.az).

The meeting agenda includes:

• Representation of a Ministry of Finance official on ABB's Supervisory Board;

• Amendments to the Bank's Charter;

• Amendments to the Regulations on the Supervisory Board.
