August 18, Fineko/abc.az. When calculating state budget revenues for 2026, the average sales price per 1,000 cubic meters of Azerbaijani gas across all export destinations was increased by $35, setting it at 296 USD.

According to the report by the Ministry of Finance, this price increase is expected to boost corporate income tax receipts from contractor companies under the "Shah Deniz" project by 400 million manats, or 25%, reaching 2 billion manats.

Overall, out of the total expected tax receipts from the oil and gas sector (4.250 billion manats), 41.2% will be contributed by SOCAR, 47.1% by the "Shah Deniz" project, and 11.8% (500 million manats) by corporate income tax paid under the "Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli" project.
