August 13, Fineko/abc.az. In January–June 2026, Azerbaijan exported 5,365 tons of RON-92 gasoline valued at $4.36 million. According to the State Statistics Committee, this represents a 2.3-fold increase in value and a 72% rise in volume compared to the same period last year.

Georgia was the primary destination for exports, receiving 3,414 tons (+3-fold) worth $2,77 million (+3.4-fold). The remaining volume went to Armenia, totaling 1,951 tons valued at $1.59 million (no deliveries were recorded in the previous year).

During the same period, Azerbaijan imported RON-92 gasoline exclusively from Russia, purchasing 3,414 tons worth $2.56 million—a sharp 96% decline in both volume and value year-on-year.
