European Diesel Prices Surge to Multi-Month Highs

August 10, Fineko/abc.az. Diesel prices in Europe have surged to new highs, driven by unplanned maintenance repairs at Russian oil refineries and ongoing shipping disruptions in the Red Sea.

According to analysts at the Price Index Center, average diesel benchmark prices at the Amsterdam–Rotterdam–Antwerp (ARA) hub rose by 2% over the last week of the month, reaching $1.31 thousand per metric ton on a CIF basis (cost, insurance, and freight).
