May 12, Fineko/abc.az. Meqa Sığorta finished the 1st quarter of this year with net profit of 124,000 manats.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to company's financial statements, that the figure is 9.25-fold less against Q1 of 2025.

Over Jan-Mar 2026, Meqa Sığorta's earnings reached 7.57 million manats (5.8% less than a year ago), expenses - 7.415 million manats (12.3% more), and income tax payments - 31,000 manats (9.25-fold less).

As of April 1, 2026, the assets of Meqa Sığorta amounted to 56.775 million manats (1% less than a year ago). Company's liabilities dropped by 1% to 27.052 million manats and balance sheet capital by 1.8% to 29.723 million manats.
