April 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has given loans for totally 3.879 billion manats to date, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the AMCGF.

In addition, the Fund reports that a total of 9,308 apartments have been sold for rent.

The AMCGF was established in late 2017 as a result of the merger of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund OJSC and Credit Guarantee Fund OJSC and is their legal successor. The Fund acts as a government agent providing liquid support to national financial institutions in terms of providing long-term subsidized mortgage loans and providing access to cheap financial resources.
