April 10, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are rising at auction on Friday, but may lose more than 10% in a week.

As of 09:35, at the ICE Futures Europe stock exchange, June’s Brent futures grew by $0.79 (0.82%) up to $96.71 per barrel. Following the trading on April 9, the value of this contract rose by $1.17 (1.23%) up to $95.92 per barrel.

By 09:35, at the New York Mercantile Exchange, May’s WTI futures increased in price by $0.35 (0.36%) up to $98.22 per barrel. Following the trading on April 9, the price of WTI grew by $3.46 (3.66%) up to $97.87 per barrel.

By the end of the week, both oil grades may fall in price by more than 10%.
