December 1, Fineko/abc.az. (Special news) Despite the statistical data we published last week on compulsory real estate insurance, people's interest in this type of insurance has not yet increased.

However, in the response to the ABC.AZ’s inquiry, the Compulsory Insurance Bureau reported an increase on premiums from this kind of insurance, with the exception of 2022.

Thus, in 2021, 58,956,290 manats were collected in this type of insurance. In 2022, the premiums decreased again to 53,502,453 manats. In 2023, there was a big jump in the premium collection, which increased up to 74,150,948 manats. In 2024, the amount grew up to 78,932,394 manats.

Over Jan-Sept 2025, the premiums on this type of insurance is approx. 64,402,840 manats. Given that the year is not yet fully completed, there may be at least a small increase in gathering of premiums. But, in the entirecountry, both premiums and interests on this type of insurance are lower than expected.
