November 28, Fineko/abc.az. As of October 1, 2025, overdue loans in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic amounted to 6.4 million manats, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Nakhchivan-based office of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

At the end of September, the share of problem loans made up 1.4%.

At that, the amount of overdue loans as of October 1, 2021 was 10.25 million manats, and the share was 4.2%. That is, during this time, the amount of problem loans decreased by 3.6 million manats and the share by 2.8 percentage points.

"This can be regarded as the result of improving the mechanisms of indicator lending, improving the quality of the loan portfolio in the region, expanding digital banking and comprehensive measures aimed at risk management," the office says.
