ExxonMobil increased its profit up to $8.1 bn, exceeding analysts' forecasts

October 31, Fineko/abc.az. ExxonMobil reported net income of $8.1 bn for the quarter ($1.88 per share, above the forecast of $1.82).

ABC.AZ reports that oil production brought in $5.7 bn and refining - $1.8 bn. Production volumes grew up to record of 4.8 million barrels of oil equivalent per day, including 1.7 million barrels in the Permian basin and 700,000 barrels in Guyana.

CEO Darren Woods noted that earnings per share were the highest at current oil prices. By the end of the year, capex will be below the range of $27-29 bn.
