First batch of Kazakh wheat to arrive in Armenia via Aktau-Baku route

October 21, Fineko/abc.az. The first batch of Kazakh wheat will arrive in Armenia via the Aktau-Baku route.

ABC.AZ informs that Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan said about this after the statement by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Akorda on the lifting of restrictions on the transit of goods to Armenia through the territory of Azerbaijan.

At a joint press conference with Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Aliyev confirmed that Kazakh grain will be the first transit cargo on the resumed route.

"This is clear evidence that peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia is no longer only on paper, but also in practice," the Azerbaijani leader stressed.
