Demand for LNG is projected to grow by 60% by 2040, and its share in global gas sales will increase from 13% to 20%. Shell is actively implementing projects in Abu Dhabi, Nigeria and Canada, but the decision to expand the LNG Canada plant will be made taking into account the market situation and costs.
