August 13, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on measures to repair motor road Chatah-Cheshmeli-Mollalar-Meshediveler-Hasanli-Abbasgulular-Papagchylar-Guvendik-Lazylar-Novosaratovka. This road connects village Chatah in Tovuz district with village Novosaratovka in Gedabek district.

ABC.AZ reports that for the purpose of major repairs of this highway, connecting 13 settlements with the population of 21,000 people, the State Budget allocated 1.5 million manats to the State Agency of Highways of Azerbaijan from the amount specified in subparagraph 1.19.21 "Allocation of financing from State Budget 2025 state capital investments (investment expenses)", approved by Presidential Decree #445 from January 10, 2025.
