11:43 - 8.10.2024

October 8, Fineko/abc.az. In the coming days, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will provide investors with the opportunity to trade securities remotely, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Farid Abbaszadeh, the BSE head of product development.

He added that this will greatly simplify access to trading stocks and bonds. He added that the Exchange is actively working over creation of a segment of "green" bonds and incentive projects in this area.

"Now we are waiting for the approval of the financial taxonomy by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan in order to present our projects to the general public. We are open to trading in sustainable financial instruments and are ready to support this process," Abbaszadeh said.
