March 27, Fineko/abc.az. The strongest and weakest regions of Azerbaijan in economic terms have become known.

ABC.AZ reports that Top 5 of cities and districts with the largest economy among other cities and districts, with the exception of Baku, where most of country's economy is located, included Sumgait city, Absheron and Lachin districts, Ganja city and Shamkir district.

The indicators cover the following sectors of the economy: industry, agriculture, forestry and fishing, Construction, transport and warehousing, information and communications, trade, repair of vehicles.

The list closes with the liberated city of Khankendi.
