January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Konstromat OJSC issues 19,600 ordinary, registered, undocumented shares with par value of 10 manats each, ABC.AZ reports with reference to company's prospectus.
So, if the package of shares is placed in full, company’s authorized capital will increase to 200,000 manats.
Company’s main activity is distribution of building materials.
Konstromat sells cement products in bags of class A (mark 400) and class B (mark 300) produced by Norm cement plant to retail malls and construction companies located in cities and districts of the country where it is a distributor.
